I believe that counselling can make a huge difference to how you think and feel. This in turn affects how you respond to situations. It can be so hard to figure out what needs to change when you are in the middle of something that is throwing you off balance. You may know that things don’t feel right or need to change but be at a complete loss to know how to go about improving your situation. Talking it through with a trained counsellor who is not part of your life can bring awareness, clarity and choice. It can mean that you learn more about who you are, what your needs are, how you relate to others and most importantly – what you need to do to change.
