Christine is an experienced, intuitive and dedicated therapist who uses a powerful combination of conventional, contemporary and timeless healing modalities: Hypnotherapy, EFT and Energy Healing, to enable her clients to resolve and release those problems that have caused limitation or discomfort in their lives.

My goal is to help people live happier, more peaceful and stress-free lives whilst optimising their life potential and fully connecting with the joy that is within each of us. I have helped many with fears, phobias, confidence issues, weight control, public speaking and pain ~~ among others.

I have professional qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Advanced Hypnoanalysis and a Certificate in Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques. Committed to Continuing Professional Development, the courses I have attended include: IBS, HypnoBirthing, Stop Smoking and Quantum Healing and Healing through Spirit.

I feel passionate about helping people to free themselves from the effects of unhelpful life experiences and ‘learned ways of being’ so that they can truly live from their heart.
